Learn · Programs

A chapter of life, not a single afternoon.

Workshops open the door. These programmes stay with you through a stage: becoming parents, building a relationship, or taking a deliberate pause. Dates and fees are listed here as soon as they are set.

For expecting and new parents

1000 Days.

The First 1000 Days: from conception to about age two, with both parents included. Fathers are usually left out of this stage. Here they start with everyone else.

  • · Small groups for expecting and new parents, mothers and fathers together
  • · Support through confinement, sleep, and staying a couple through it
  • · A clear path to a therapist if either of you needs more than the group

For couples getting serious, or already in it

Prepare/Enrich.

A facilitated relationship check-in. You each answer questions about communication, conflict, money, family and what you want, then sit with a trained facilitator and talk through what came up. It is a structured conversation for the two of you, not a diagnosis.

  • · For couples getting serious, getting married, or wanting a clearer map of how they work
  • · Walked through with a trained facilitator, in person at Sunway Geo or as arranged
  • · Pairs with couples therapy if you later want ongoing sessions

For anyone who needs a pause

The Pause Project.

A small-group programme for the in-between: after a hard stretch, before a big decision, or when you want skills without starting therapy. Format, length and fee will be published here once they are set.

  • · Facilitated in a small group by the Safe Space team
  • · Practical skills you can use between meetings
  • · A straightforward route into individual therapy if you want it afterwards

The couple's arc, and therapy if you need it now.

1000 Days and Prepare/Enrich follow the chapters of a relationship. You do not have to wait for a programme to book couples, family or individual therapy.

Tell us which chapter you're in.

A WhatsApp is enough. We'll say whether a programme, a workshop or a session is the better start, and what it will cost before you book.
