For the things you've been carrying alone.
One-to-one therapy for adults, teenagers and children. You don't need a diagnosis, a referral or a crisis. Just a sense that something could be easier.
People usually come to us saying something like this.
“I don't know how to help my child.”
“I'm tired all the time, and I snap at everyone.”
“I feel so lost in my career.”
“I recently had a breakup.”
“I don't really know who I am any more.”
“Everyone thinks I'm fine. I'm not.”

Mostly, you talk and someone listens properly.
Your practitioner will ask what brought you here and what you'd like to be different. You decide how much to share. Nothing is expected of you on day one.
Towards the end you'll talk about how you'd like to work together, how often to meet, and what the first few sessions might focus on. If it doesn't feel like the right fit, say so. We'll help you find someone else.
Practitioners who see individuals.

Do I need a referral?
No. You can contact us directly. If a doctor or school has suggested therapy, you're welcome to tell us, but it isn't required.
How do I know who to see?
Try Vibe Check, a quick check-in on this site. We’ll suggest a match based on what’s going on, the language you’d like to speak, and whether you want to come in or meet online. Then you can book a free 15-minute call to speak with them and get a feel for their style. If the match doesn’t feel right after the first session, tell us and we’ll help you change.
Can I have sessions online?
Yes. Sessions can be in person at Sunway Geo Avenue or online. Tell us which you prefer when you get in touch.
What languages can I have sessions in?
Between us we work in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka and Vietnamese. Each practitioner's profile shows their languages.
Is there parking?
Sunway Geo Avenue has basement parking, and rates are set by the building.
How much does a session cost?
It depends on the practitioner's level. All fees are listed on our fees page. The first 15-minute call is free.
Is it confidential?
Yes. What you say stays between you and your practitioner, within the legal and ethical limits they'll explain in your first session, such as a serious risk to your safety or someone else's.
What if I'm in crisis right now?
Safe Space is not a crisis service. Call Talian Kasih on 15999 or Befrienders KL on 03-7627 2929, or 999 in an emergency.
Wondering where to begin?
