What participants told us.

It was a great workshop, as if I'd attended another therapy session with my psychologist. Everyone should have some insight into wellbeing topics.
Suicide Prevention Workshop · Participant
Under the LEAP concept, the principle for understanding people who self-harm is to “connect, not correct.” That is something I need to understand more.
What You Need to Know about Self-harm · Participant
It was informative and gave me time to calm down. I hope to have this kind of topic again.
Mindfulness: Becoming Your Own Therapist · Participant
Everything was really clear, and just the right amount of anecdotes and exercises kept the pace. Thanks for making extra time for questions.
